Based on the results, the lead is scored. Those who receive a low score after the questionnaire (affected by factors such as being under 16 years old, only considering self-study with free materials, no computer, looking for offline learning) are moved to another warming funnel but can submit another request if they express interest in learning with our format and want to know more details. Access to the free basic course is open. The potential students can start going through the materials and familiarizing themselves with the product while waiting for contact from a sales manager. The sales manager contacts the candidate and qualifies the request (whether they are interested in further learning at Mate Academy). The candidate purchases access to the full course(s) and becomes a student. Potential students can move from one funnel to another, so a candidate who applied for the deferred payment course may decide to purchase the FLEX course during the process, and vice versa. Invalid cases: For the action "Lead becomes a student": Refund within the first 14 days after payment or the start of learning; contract cancellation for the deferred payment course within the first 14 days after the start of learning; a student of the deferred payment course didn't start studying when the group's lessons began.
